Shipping Policy

Most orders are shipped via FedEx and will arrive within 7 business days (1-2 days processing + 3-5 days shipping). You will receive a tracking # once your order has shipped. Refer to the Product Details section on the product page of forged wheels for estimated production times, then expect 3-5 business days shipping once production has completed.

Shipping times may vary based on holidays and other unexpected factors that Metalfxoffroad.com is not responsible for.

Free Shipping - No discount code needed.
This does not combine with other discount codes or sales. Applicable only to shipping addresses in the continental United States (not including Alaska / Hawaii). Not available on tires or wheel & tire sets.

International Orders: Call (714) 891-7680 or email sales@metalfxoffroad.com to place orders when the items will be shipped internationally. Orders shipped outside of the US are subject to tariffs, customs duties and associated assessments. These fees may include Import Duties, Brokerage Fees, Value Added Taxes (VAT) and Customs Clearance Fees. These costs are the responsibility of the customer. The shipping/handling Metalfxoffroad.com charges do not include any of these fees. The customs fees and/or brokerage fees are usually charged by the carrier (FedEx) delivering the order.

Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged please contact us immediately and we will work to replace the product.

Lost Packages: If your order was lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to track down the problem. In the event of a package being stolen from your property, unfortunately we are not responsible and it is recommended that you contact your local police department.

Return Policy

Returns
Returns will be accepted within 30 days from the ship date. Metal FX Offroad will charge a 15% restocking fee to cover expenses such as shipping costs and credit card transaction fees.

30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Metal FX Offroad will accept returned merchandise within the first 30 days after shipping according to the following conditions:

  • Customer Service must be contacted prior to any return.
  • All original packaging and documents must be included with the Returned Merchandise.
  • Returned Merchandise must be received in its original packaging and the packaging must be intact and undamaged. 
  • Returned Merchandise cannot be damaged or altered in any fashion.
  • Items that have been used are not eligible for return, including wheels that have been mounted to tires or wheels that have been mounted on a vehicle.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance fees.
  • Returned Merchandise that is functional, undamaged, and free of defects will be subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover expenses such as shipping costs and credit card transaction fees. If upon evaluation, the Returned Merchandise is found to have signs of wear, cosmetic blemishes, or damages, credit will not be issued and the Returned Merchandise will be scrapped.
  • The refunded amount will consist of the invoiced amount of the item, less the restocking fee.

Damaged in Shipping
If the product has been damaged in shipping, please prepare proof (such as photographic evidence) and contact us immediately.

Damaged by Customer
Unfortunately Metal FX Offroad will not accept returns or exchange any product that has been damaged by the customer and the warranty will become void. This includes damage from customer misuse, missing parts, is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering, or failure to follow the installation instructions provided.
